SaMCRM comprises of e-CRM Sales and billing systems. This product effectively manages the Sales, billing & the customer needs. The e-version of the product will be available for international market shortly. 

Modules include:  Sales Management, Deliver consistent, efficient customer service, Manages customer account activity like: the contact information, pending orders, invoices and payment history, Track and close sales consistently and efficiently that automate stages in the selling process.

Create a full featured product catalogue, Order management of quotes, orders and invoices, Create Reports, Billing processing, Details of discounts, Produce of bill, remittance details, accounts receivable and collections, Account inquiry and adjustments.  View sort and filter a wide range of reports to identify the trends, measure and forecast sales activity, Create and maintain a searchable library of sales and marketing materials including brochures, white papers and other information, Generate and send auto-response e-mail to customer requests.

The countries the package is expected to work in the countries like USA, UK, Singapore and India initially.  Currently this project is developed to support at least  4 different countries.
